We encountered a significant unforseen snag - the downtime will be rescheduled.

Mastodon Canada will be taking a downtime during the window indicated to perform a series of tests to confirm that our databases are ready to fail-over to the new lower cost database servers.

This test will require that the instance take a downtime lasting up to two hours. The instance will be inaccessible during this time. A four hour window is being allotted for preparation and restoration tasks.
