Surprise! We actually updated to 4.3.0-alpha.0+glitch and we're now enjoying some new unreleased features for Mastodon. We don't know the breadth of these features, but if you encounter issues, make sure to report them to the Mastodon developers here: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon

Sidekiq will remain on DigitalOcean as we have ran out of maintenance window time. This work will be done over the coming week without scheduling a maintenance window as it isn't member facing.

Updates are well underway, with first servers and the database being successfully upgraded. Downstream services are being refreshed with updated images.

Please be advised that the instance will be upgraded to v4.2.3+glitch during the specified maintenance window. During this time, community members may experience periods of instability or downtime as systems are upgraded.
If time allows, we will also be transitioning our Sidekiq service from DigitalOcean to our dedicated OVH server.
