- PostgreSQL database migration
- Gold-master VM snapshot
- Applied recent Glitch patches

Ran out of time steps:
- Partial Glitch patches
- Deploying ElasticSearch and completing an initial sync
- Deploying LibreTranslate and downloading required language libraries
- Reinstating monitoring products and initializing StatsD
